"Thank you so much for your catering service at our recent wedding. We had a lovely wedding day in Halls Gap. We had a bush setting on a small property with a marquee set up and small kitchen adjoining. The cold platters that you made up for us were perfect and went down a treat with everyone in the warm weather. All the staff were very friendly and great to deal with. They arrived and set everything up very quickly and we hardly even noticed there were there. The chef did an amazing job cooking on the bbq especially with the heat. We never once had to worry about the food or the service, everything flowed so smoothly and professionally. The roast and vegetables were cooked perfectly and served very fast. Everyone enjoyed the food and commented on how nice it was and how great the staff were.

You were great to deal with in the lead up to the wedding also which was a especially relaxing as we had to organize everything from WA. You answered every question I asked, you were able to accommodate the different food we needed for some of our guests who had allergies or were vegan and changed everything around for me as my mind changed over the months leading up to the wedding. You had some great advice for me also on how the meals should run and what would be suitable for our situation. Everything about your approach was very professional and I would happily recommend your service to anyone looking for a caterer and would not hesitate to employ you and your team again for a party. "AQ catering catered our wedding for 80 people in April 2011 and were fantastic. We were amazed at the quality of the 3 course meal provided, especially considering that the wedding was in the middle of a paddock! Several of our guests commented that they felt as though they had enjoyed a fine resteraunt meal and completely forgot they were on a farm. I was particularly impressed with the speed and professionalism of the dinner service. We had spent a lot of time creating the look and atmosphere of our marquee and the outdoor ceremony beside the marquee, so it was important that the catering staff were inconspicuous. The AQ staff were absolutely sensitive to this. Overall we were delighted with the quality of the food and service we received and have since recommended AQ to a number of people."
